This is Hasan Salem, a 21 year old from Gaza who has been displaced several times and a survivor of a brutal genocide.

My name is Shameema Azam and I have been following Hasan’s ordeal since the beginning of the genocide. His family has been displaced several times and they are all starving for food and clean water. Hasan is a kind soul, soft spoken and sincere, sadly he sleeps on the streets at night and scavenges for food all day. Anything available in the markets is overpriced and unaffordable and the Aid places have become a daily death trap with the slaughtering of hundreds of hungry people looking for food.

Hasan has the same dreams that the free people have, a right to food and clean water, a right to education a right to medical care and a home where his family can live in peace. All these dreams have been taken from him and his suffering is immense. His mother is elderly and very sick and requires medical attention and his siblings are crying from hunger.

I know Hasan and his family well and I communicate almost daily with them. I am based in Canada and ask for help to raise funds so he can eat and survive the conditions imposed on him. His family requires clean water, food, medicine and funds to evacuate his mother.

Any little bit helps and is greatly appreciated. This campaign is a cause for humanity and is a life and death matter. His body gets weaker everyday that passes and anything donated will be sent to him directly so he can survive the hardship and provide for his family.

Such a heavy burden on such a young man who had his whole life ahead of him. Please donate and make a positive change in the lives of the oppressed in Gaza.
